Overview:
Experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven record of accomplishment is required. You will report directly to Divisional CEO and are responsible for sales and marketing within the state. Major goals for 2007 are brand development, name recognition, improved company sales infrastructure. and establishing new Authorized DITEC Centers in your state.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Advances the promotion and growth of market share.
• Plans and directs all aspects of an organization's marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
• Develops strategic action plans as well as complimentary tactical plans to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develops and oversees the sales function, ensuring the employees/agents and sales plan are organized and staffed to attain sales objectives.
• Responsible for developing new business initiatives including the financial feasibility assessment.
• Responsible for business proposals, contract negotiation, and Win-Win contracts.
• Builds customer relationships and is champion for customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• BS, BA required, Masters or equal documented experience.
• 8 to 10 years directly related experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in developing high performance sales teams.
• Experience in developing sales / business development strategies.
• Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Power Point and Excel.
• Able to multi-task while maintaining focus on strategic sales growth.
• Highly motivated and high energy personality, strong work ethic.
• US Citizen.

Job Function:To represent DITEC to the customers and businesses for the purpose of selling DITEC Paint Preservation System and also promoting goodwill.
Essential Duties:
• Represents DITEC to customers in a defined sales area.
• Must keep current on product knowledge, features and benefits of DITEC Paint Preservation System and other services.
• Keep abreast of competitive activity. Keep abreast of trends in our customer's business that will affect our services
• Maintain, as directed by the Sales Manager, current and complete Sales Management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
• With assistance as assigned, conduct field demonstrations.
• Maintain in good, usable and current condition (electronic and/or paper as directed) all manuals, price lists and other documents given the individual by the company. Accurately complete all documents related to sales transactions.
• Have a good knowledge of used equipment values and be able to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
• Work in conjunction with Sales Manager, responsible for follow-up and expediting of whole good orders.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Good understanding of local conditions with a knowledge of sale and resale values of particular machinery.
• Must be a self starter
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good computer skills
• Associate degree or equivalent in work experience.
